Abortion should be legalized. 49% of all pregnancies among American women are unintended. Abortion is immoral because fetuses feel pain during abortion. According to Stuart W. G. Derbyshire, PhD, Senior Lecturer at the University of Birmingham (England), "not only has the biological development not yet occurred to support pain experience, but the environment after birth, so necessary to the development of pain experience, is also yet to occur." The K to 12 program should be suspended. This is because the students, teachers are not yet ready (Trillanes, 2015). The government should address basic necessities in education like a lack of classrooms, teachers, and textbooks before implementing the K to 12 Program in order to have a more manageable and effective education system. Capital punishment is immoral and a violation of natural rights. Unfortunately, the crucial evidence that would have proven the innocence of these people was only obtained after their execution (McCafferty, 1971) The advantages of death penalty can be considered as illusory, but the chaos and the eventual annihilation of the decency of the society are very true. Thus, there is no sense to implement capital punishment. Activity 3.1: Extract Me! Claim Data/Evidence Counterargument Rebuttal Conclusion Activity 3.2: Analyze Me! 1.
