2 Using The Machine
This section of the manual describes how to use the RHS-M-700 Hot Stamp machine and
control panel. In the tables below, you can find descriptions of the buttons and parameters on
the tabs.
2.1
Settings – 1 Page
HEATER ON-OFF BUTTON
Turns the heater on and off. The heater switches
itself off automatically when the emergency stop
is pressed or the windows are opened. After the
machine reset, the heater must be switched on
again. (In case of light barrier violation, the heater
does not turn itself off.)
ACT. TEMPERATURE
Displays the actual roll temperature.
SET TEMPERATURE
The desired roll temperature value is entered in
this section.
ROLL SAFETY TEMPRATURE
After heater is off, silicon wheel is still running till
temperature is decreased to the value that
entered this parameter. The silicone wheel rotates
to cool itself. (60°C is current value, not
recommended to change.)
Depending on the temperature value entered in
this section, the machine can not be started

PRINT TOLERANCE ( + , - )

before the silicon wheel set temperature is
reached.
HEATER WORKING TIME
Displays the operating time of the heater.
MACHINE WORKING TIME
Displays the operating time of the machine.
WINDING FORWARD TIME
Winding roller wraps forward the foil after the
cycle is completed. This is the parameter for to
gain back the unused foil.
WINDING BACKWARD TIME
Winding roller wraps backward the foil after the
cycle is completed. This is the parameter for to
gain back the unused foil.
TOTAL PRODUCTION
Displays the total production amount.
VACUUM ACTIVE
Turns the vacuum function on and off in required
jigs.
FOIL GROUP
Turns the foil group on and off. If the foil group is
not activated, the foil tension cannot be achieved.
This parameter must be off while changing the
foil.
MACHINE LIGHTING
Turns the lights of the machine on and off.

ACTUAL POSITION
Displays the actual position of the moving table
on the X-axis.
STARTING OFFSET
Depending on the entered value, the point at
which the silicon wheel goes down according to
the table is set. For example; If 150mm is
entered, the silicone wheel starts to descend
150mm before the printing position. If the value
increases, the wheel goes down before, if the
value is decreased, it starts to descend later.
STARTING SPEED
Velocity of the table from beginning starting offset
to the starting printing point.
EXIT SPEED
Velocity of the table from ending printing point to
the ending exit offset.
EXIT OFFSET
Depending on the value entered, the point at
which the silicon wheel will go up is set. For
example; If 135mm is entered, silicon wheel
comes up as the print is completed and the table
moves 135mm further. If the value is increased,
the wheel will go up later, and if the value is
decreased, it will go up earlier.
PRODUCT LENGTH
The total length of the product. (The values
specified during trials should not be changed.)
PRINTING SPEED
The speed of the moving table at the time of
printing. Can be adjust depending on printing
results.
BACKWARD SPEED
The speed at which the moving table returns to its
starting point.
LOADING - UNLOADING
POSITION
It allows you to shift the loading area by a certain
amount in case of need.
LOADING - UNLOADING SPEED
Setup position determines is speed of the shift
amount entered in the section.
START PANEL BUTTON
It can be changed panel button as passive active with level 2 password.
START DOUBLE HAND
It can be changed as passive - active with level 2
password.
START FOOT PEDAL
It can be changed as passive - active with level 2
password.

2.3 Parameter Page
GAIN
The coefficient input values of the foil
tension adjustment rollers. The entered
value must not be changed.
ACTUAL
The coefficient of the foil tension adjustment
rollers is the monitor values. The entered
value must not be changed.
START VALUE
The coefficient input values of the foil
tension adjustment rollers. The entered
value must not be changed.
FIXTURE MIDPOINT
It is the point where the center of the
silicone wheel and the center point of the
fixtures intersect. The entered value must
not be changed.
HEATER WORKING TIME RESET
The heater operating time is reset by
pressing and holding the reset button for 5
seconds. (User name and password must
be entered to reset.) (Level 2)
PRODUCTION RESET
The number of production is reset by
pressing the reset button for 5 seconds.
(User name and password must be entered
to reset.) (Level 2)

OLD PRODUCTION; Shows previous
PRODUCTION CYCLE TIME
production cycle time.
PRODUCTION TIME; Shows current
production cycle time.
DAILY PRODUCTION
Shows the number of daily production.
HOURLY PRODUCTION
Shows the number of production completed
in 1 hour.

Temperature Settings Page
TEMPERATURE PI SETTINGS
Detailed temperature values, cannot be
changed.
TEMPERATURE CALIBRATION
The machine was calibrated for the first run.
Settings should not be changed.
DOWN ROLLER SAFETY TIME
When the pneumatic cylinder going down,
as much as the entered time value, allows
the silicone roller to rotate. Thus the silicon
roller remains at a stable temperature.
Warning: the silicone roller must stop before
it touches the part.

After the stamping is finished, the silicone

roller starts to rotate after the entered time.

Manuel Page
X axis is the reference button. When the
machine is energized, the axis must be
referenced by touching the button. The
machine cannot be start without
referencing. (After referencing, ✔ will
appear in the box.)
Manually moves the table in the X axis in
the +, - direction.
The winder manually rotates the foil
assembly.
The unwinder manually rotates the foil
assembly.
VACUUM START
Manually switch the vacuum on and off.

Manually switches the roller motor on and
ROLL MOTOR
off. (Silicone wheel allows to rotate
manually.)
GROUP HEAD PISTON
It performs the up and down movement of
the pressure piston manually. The machine
cannot be started with the group head
piston down. (When the start is pressed
while the piston is down, the screen will
show error, the piston must be raised
manually.)
SUSPENSION PISTON
Manually opens and closes the suspension
piston. The suspension piston must always
be open.

Recipe Page
NEW REGISTRATION
Used to create new recipes. Press the
button and enter the recipe name.
UPLOAD THE VALUES ENTERED ON
TO THE SETTINGS
PAGE.
By clicking the button; uploads the values
we entered in Settings-1 and Settings-2
page to the recipe.

After upload the values or changing any
SAVE RECIPE
value, the recipe is saved by pressing the
button.
DELETE RECIPE
From the recipe name section, select the
recipe to be deleted and press the button to
delete the recipe.
DOWNLOAD RECIPE
This button is used when the recipe needs
to be downloaded. When the recipe is
selected from recipe name and the button is
pressed, all values in the recipe are
downloaded to the values in Settings-1 and
Settings-2 page.

This page shows alarms and warnings. If the machine is reset with the reset button in any
alarm or warning and the alarm or warnings are disabled,
cleared with the button.
