First and foremost, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to
my field study instructor, Sir Jerome Jeff M. Zamora for the
continuous support during my field study for the patience and
immense knowledge. And also to my dearest friends whom Im with
during observation.
To all my Resource teachers who guide me and give me a lot of
advices and knowledge on how to be a great and effective teacher,
and to all my BEED classmates thank you for the guidance and to
encourage me to complete and finish me for this E-Portfolio.
Finally, I would like to thank my Family especially my parents for
untiring support, financial and for always motivate me to be a better
person as well thank you for being the reason why I am strong and a
lot of courage to be a successful person.

Based on the readings you made and the previous activities that you have done
1. What significant ideas or concepts have you learned about action research?
I discovered that action research is essentially a process of performanceimproving
action and research. Which demonstrates that the purpose of this action research
is
to be useful, develop a realistic, and make improvements that result in
progressively
better outcomes for schools, students, and teachers.
2. Have you realized that there is a need to be an action researcher as a
future teacher?
Yes √ No__. If yes, complete the sentence below. I came to the realization
that when you an enter the field of teaching, you should also
be an action researcher because it can help teachers to become better
teachers c
every day, why? Because it can aid in the improvement of schools,
students, and
programs. Being an action researcher is important to a teacher because it
teaches
them how to manage their students, how to teach them using innovative
and different
strategies, and how to identify the issues that the schools or even the
students are
facing.

Since the three models are all for action research, what are the
common elements of the three?
The common elements of the three are they have same cycle and
elements like the McNiff and Whitehead models and Nelson Model,
it has common elements like Title and authors, observe, reflect, plan
and act.

Implementation
Based from action research, he started the action prespeaking test. First, he selected 25 students of grade 11
who were studying linguistics as major. He prepared the
questions for speaking test, he also prepared two types of
questions for speaking test: General introduction and
picture description and also providing criteria for speaking
test.

Now, that I am in FS 2, I plan to make a plan for my solution to problem (choose from
a,b,c) because teachers strategy or method that will apply in teaching are also important.
We know that teachers also have a big role for learners learning, without their proper and
excellent plan on how to teach and help students learn it will also be a problem to learners
to learn.
ACT
My action will come later, given enough time in FS 2 or during my Teaching Internship.
