Is there significant causal effect between Elementary Schools Head Managerial Skills and improved teaching productivity? 4. Do the Elementary Schools Head Managerial Skills have significant effect on school’s improved performance? 5. Is there significant causal effect between Elementary Schools Head and improved external partnership? 6. Do elementary schools head managerial skills have significant causal effect toward effective administrative functions? Research Hypothesis Based on the statement of the problem, the hypotheses are formulated: HO1: There is no significant effect between Elementary Schools Head Managerial Skills and the improved teaching productivity. HO2: There is no significant effect between Elementary Schools Head Managerial Skills and school’s improved performance. HO3: There is no significant effect between Elementary Schools Head Managerial Skills and the improved school management. HO4: Elementary schools head managerial functions have no significant effect toward effective administrative functions.
