It is also known as: yardlong bean, pea bean, long-podded cowpea, Chinese long bean, snake bean, and bodi in Nepal /bora. ● cauliflower Cauliflower is a cruciferous vegetable that is a significant source of nutrients. ● Peas The pea is most commonly the small spherical seed or the seed-pod of the pod fruit Pisum sativum. ● Okra Okra is a flowering plant known for its edible seed pods. It's cultivated in warm and tropical climates, such as those in Africa and South Asia. ● Green beans Green beans are the unripe, young fruit of various cultivars of the common bean. Immature or young pods of the runner bean yardlong bean and hyacinth bean are used in a similar way ● Carrots The carrot (Daucus carota) is a root vegetable often claimed to be the perfect health food. Make sure to avoid pumpkin-based junk foods, as they are often packed with added sugar. 2. It's mildly diuretic in nature and may harm people who take medicines such as lithium. The seed will be inside a husk 2.Clean the seed husk. 3. Using a pair of strong scissors, such as kitchen shears, carefully cut the edge of the seed husk, allowing you to open the husk and remove the seed. The seed will be slippery, so proceed with caution. 4.Soak the seed in a cup of water for 24 hours. 5.Moisten a paper towel. Make sure it is damp throughout, but not soaking wet. Wrap the seed in the paper towel. 6.Place the seed and paper towel inside a sandwich bag, and store the seed in a warm place. 7.Monitor the seed’s progress every few days, watching for sprouts. Germination time will depend on air temperature and the mango’s ripeness when the seed is extracted. 8. Plant the seed in potting soil, making sure not to cover the new leaves. What can be changed about this project and why I would change the dry colours just black and with because the project will look more fun and playful and happy Reflections Avi=i really enjoyed working on this project with my friends. It gave us a chance to become closer and work on our team building skills. Javed=I thought working on this project would just be boring but it has opened my eyes and has shown me what it's like to be on a team and help each other and benefit from helping each other. Aaden=The project made me realize that being on a team can give you a sense of purpose and accomplishment. Chad=being on this team was insanely fun and I hope we can all be together for other projects.
