①The teacher's should be able to give a
complete grade of the students.
②The completed grades will be sent to the
registrar's office.
③The evaluation form for enrollment can be
started by the registrar once they have
received the complete grade.

 Setting a deadline for students who have incomplete
assignments, etc.
 Setting a deadline for teachers to pass complete grades is also
recommended.
 For a speedy approach, the student should obtain the evaluation
to the registrar to be per-section, then the section must be one
representative to take the evaluation form.
 In order to prevent their office from being overcrowded, the
registrar must offer an appropriate schedule for the acquisition.
