 Definition of Man
 Man is a unity that can be viewed as a unified composed parts of human nature, general culture of
the mind that are interdependent and interrelated with each other.

 Health is the state wellness in physical, mental, spiritual, and social. Health is the absence of any
diseases.
 Definition of Illness
 Illness is the state of impaired physical, mental, and spiritual functioning. It is the presence of
disease, sickness and of being in poor health.
 What is self-awareness?
 Self-awareness is the capacity to acknowledge and evaluate one’s self to recognize behaviors,
values, perceptions of things, and interactions with one’s environment.
 What is self-enhancement?
 The improvement of one’s self that it makes them feel good about themselves. This is a good
motivation to improve and maintain self-esteem.
