License keys are required in combination with any given enabled feature in order to allow full access to a feature.
The following Command Line Interface (COLI) command printouts must be taken from DUL if they are not already collected:
- license server (License Server details)
- license client (License Client details)
- License sub –a (Feature status information)
- license lkf (Status of license key file)
- license key (License key information)
All files in the /c/license/ directory must be transferred by FTP, binary mode, from the node.
Save the output in an attachment called “license_files.zip”
