MAKE UP EXAMS

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS FOR EXAM WEEK:
1. ATTENDANCE - Students are expected to be present and punctual for all exams.
a. Students are expected to be present for every exam block that they have a class.
b. Parents are to call or email the school by 7:45 AM if their child is going to be tardy or absent due to
illness.

2. During exam week, school will be dismissed at 12:00 for high school students only on Tuesday, Thursday,
and Friday. Students will be dismissed at 12:30 (District PD Day) on Wednesday January 18th.
a. On the last day of exams, high school students will be dismissed at 10:00 AM and buses will be
provided for a.
b. Bus service will be provided based on the following schedule:
■ Tuesday: January 17th - 12:15 and regular 2:10 bus.
■ Wednesday: January 18th - District PD Day - 12:30 bus.
■ Thursday: January 19th - 12:15 and regular 2:10 bus.
■ Friday: January 20th - 10:00 AM bus and regular 2:10 bus.
c. Students taking a make-up exam on Friday, January 20th, will need to arrange for their own
transportation or wait for the regular 2:10 bus.
3. In case of a school cancellation on an exam day, the exams scheduled for that day will be administered on the
next day of return. The remaining exams will follow in the same order.
4. All students will remain in their exam classroom for the full exam period and wait for the dismissal bell or
announcement. Students are not allowed to leave early from an exam.
