Our incident & emergency management process is predicated on promptness and immediate restoration of services
and clients’ confidence.
The flow of our incident management process is:
Proton Incident Management Flow
Response team arrives
&
Incident managed
Incident Recorded
&
Information disseminated within 1 minute
Control room informed
&
Despatch a response team. Max of 5mins
A post incident management appraisal is carried out and the report provided for the client.
Our response team is on 24hrs alert to responding to any distress from any of our locations.
NOTE:
Different types of incidents may require specific and different types of actions, such as but not limited
to:
1. Client involvement
2. Information and involvement of GSAs
3. Information and involvement of Regulatory agencies
4. Information and involvement of other public and private institutions
