And this discovery profoundly changed my view on how I thought the world worked, and it even profoundly changed the way in which I operate in it. As it turns out, there's a pattern. Why? How? What? This little idea explains why some organizations and some leaders are able to inspire where others aren't. Let me define the terms really quickly. Every single person, every single organization on the planet knows what they do, 100 percent. Some know how they do it, whether you call it your differentiated value proposition or your proprietary process or your USP. Let me give you an example. If Apple were like everyone else, a marketing message from them might sound like this: "We make great computers. They're beautifully designed, simple to use and user friendly. Want to buy one?" "Meh." That's how most of us communicate. In other words, when we communicate from the outside in, yes, people can understand vast amounts of complicated information like features and benefits and facts and figures. It just doesn't drive behavior. When we can communicate from the inside out, we're talking directly to the part of the brain that controls behavior, and then we allow people to rationalize it with the tangible things we say and do. How many of them showed up for him? Zero. They showed up for themselves. It's what they believed about America that got them to travel in a bus for eight hours to stand in the sun in Washington in the middle of August. It's what they believed, and it wasn't about black versus white: 25% of the audience was white. Listen to politicians now, with their comprehensive 12-point plans. They're not inspiring anybody. Because there are leaders and there are those who lead. Leaders hold a position of power or authority, but those who lead inspire us. Whether they're individuals or organizations, we follow those who lead, not because we have to, but because we want to. We follow those who lead, not for them, but for ourselves. Deep learning is an important element of data science, which includes statistics and predictive modeling. It is extremely beneficial to data scientists who are tasked with collecting, analyzing and interpreting large amounts of data; deep learning makes this process faster and easier. At its simplest, deep learning can be thought of as a way to automate predictive analytics. While traditional machine learning algorithms are linear, deep learning algorithms are stacked in a hierarchy of increasing complexity and abstraction. To understand deep learning, imagine a toddler whose first word is dog. The toddler learns what a dog is -- and is not -- by pointing to objects and saying the word dog. The parent says, "Yes, that is a dog," or, "No, that is not a dog." As the toddler continues to point to objects, he becomes more aware of the features that all dogs possess. What the toddler does, without knowing it, is clarify a complex abstraction -the concept of dog -- by building a hierarchy in which each level of abstraction is created with knowledge that was gained from the preceding layer of the hierarchy. Computer programs that use deep learning go through much the same process as the toddler learning to identify the dog. Each algorithm in the hierarchy applies a nonlinear transformation to its input and uses what it learns to create a statistical model as output. Iterations continue until the output has reached an acceptable level of accuracy. The number of processing layers through which data must pass is what inspired the label deep. In traditional machine learning, the learning process is supervised, and the programmer has to be extremely specific when telling the computer what types of things it should be looking for to decide if an image contains a dog or does not contain a dog. This is a laborious process called feature extraction, and the computer's success rate depends entirely upon the programmer's ability to accurately define a feature set for dog. The advantage of deep learning is the program builds the feature set by itself without supervision. Unsupervised learning is not only faster, but it is usually more accurate. Theory: Motivational Speech Many people are incredibly talented, and they don't even know it.Their potential is limited not by their circumstances but by their internal assessment of themselves. Self-doubt will leave you precariously clawing at the world to give you any sign of significance. Some people can become desperate and clingy. They are hoping for any accolade to make them feel worthy. To have energy to climb outside yourself, you need lots of positive affirmation. Surround yourself with positive messages. Here is a short motivational speech to help you believe in yourself. As a keynote speaker I know the power of words to transform you. Below is a motivational speech you can read to yourself (or others) that will inspire you to know your worth. Read it, write it out again, say it out loud, watch the YouTube video. Repetition is critical to crowd out negative, doubtful thoughts. Replace them with thoughts that believe in your self-worth. Anytime you look outside yourself for your value, you instigate self-doubt. It's like telling yourself you don't matter, but perhaps someone else can assess you and give you meaning. What you are forgetting is that your worth is inside you. Only you can determine it. Today we rely heavily on others likes on social media to give us a boost of self-worth. It's making us long for something that someone else can't give us. Only you can determine your worth. And you should. If doubt holds you back, you need to build yourself back up. Deeply embroiled in our stress response is a trigger that has you doubt yourself. It's automatic, and it instantly makes you question yourself. Deep in our survival instinct are mechanisms that have us protect ourselves. Fear causes us to shy away from situations that too risky and make us question ourselves. Fear is a strong emotion that most people flee. Don't let fear get it's way. If you don't know your worth, you are in a very precarious position. Theory: Myself and Limon about the effects of flood Myself : Hello, Limon. How are you? Limon : Fine. You? Myself : I am okay. But I think about flood. I know you got a better experience about flood last year. Would you tell me something about flood. Limon : Flood is very devastating. It affects us a great deal. Myself : Would you briefly narrate the effects of flood. Limon : During the flood roads and lands go under the water. For this the sufferings of the people know no bounds. Myself : Pardon me, I will be glad if you describe the people's sufferings. Limon : People are rendered homeless. They have to take shelter at the flood counter center. The sufferings of the People cannot be described in a single sentence. Myself : Would you tell anything about the after effects of flood? Limon : After-effects of flood are very serious. There arises an acute scarcity of pure drinking water. As a result different kinds of diseases break out. Myself : This is the bad side of the flood. Is there any good side to the flood? Limon : Yes, there is a good side too. During floods silts are scattered over the lands making them fertile. As a result, people can get a lot of crops. Myself : Thank you very much for your wise discussion, good-bye. Theory: Moderator: Would everybody please take turns to introduce themselves by giving your name, and briefly share with the group how often you put on make-up. A: Hi, I am Gina here. So normally I put on light make up in school, when coming to school and heavy make up for wedding dinner. B: Hi, I am Gladys. How to said cause I put on make-up most of the time but light. C: Hi, I am Yong Qi. I put on make-up when I am going to wedding dinner or clubbing. D: Hi, I am Cheryl and I put on light make-up when I go out. Moderator: As long as you going out? D: Sometimes I do not when I feel lazy but most of the time when I going out as in like going town. E: Hi, I am Shree. I wear make-up almost every day when I go out but like is usually light makeup, only for occasional, events will wear heavy make-up. Moderator: So light make-up when you go out and heavy make-up… E: Heavy make-up when I have a wedding or something to have. F: Hi, I am Natalie Tang. I put on make-up when I only I go outing with my friends. Light makeup I do not like heavy make-up because I have sensitive skin. Moderator: So you only go out with your friends you put on make-up. So you go out alone you do not put on make-up? F: No. Too lazy. EXP – 6 AIM – TO PERFORM INFORMAL PPT ACTIVITY EXP – 7 AIM – TO PERFORM FORMAL PPT ACTIVITY Theory:
