Presently I am not working in any organization. In my tenure I have
worked in various organization and was involved in various
activities as per the following:
1) I have involved in pre commissioning, commissioning, Start-up.
Participated in activities like Steam Blowing, chemical cleaning, Air
blowing, Lube oil Flushing, Hydro test etc.
2) Responsible for startup, Shut down & Emergency operation.
Preparation of blind lists & other activities of Decontamination for
handover of Equipment safely to mechanical department.
3) Preparation of Standard operating procedure (SOP) for the
smooth and safe startup of the plant
4) Familiar with DCS Panel Operation-Yokogawa Centum 3000
5) Shift takes over & hand over, maintaining log, sample collection
& maintain the process parameters.
6) Handling of various types of Fire Fighting Equipments such as
DCP, Fire Hydrants, Fire hoses, Fire sprinkler system & deluge
valve.
7) The main raw materials are ethane & propane. Main process
includes cracking of ethane-propane & separation of the
components by distillation. Hands on experience of equipments

Previous job experience:
1) I have worked in Reliance Industries Limited, Hazira, India from
Nov 1995 to Nov 2007 as Panel operator in Cracker plant. Initially
when the plant was under Erection stage, I was also involved in
pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
2) NGL/Naphtha Plant is the largest multifeed Cracker Plant in
India. It has provision to have NGL, Naphtha, AGO as feed. The
total capacity of Cracker Plant is 2.2 million tons per annum of
various products.
