Using simple Tense of Verbs (past, present, future) in sentences Verbs Tell Time ● Action done everyday, regularly, from time to time, every week, every year and others, is in the present tense. ⮚ There are two verb forms used in the present tense of the verb: s / es form and base form 1. When the subject is singular, use the s / es form. Examples: Renato reads the story carefully. The principal inspects the classrooms every morning. My Dad buys a new car.
