Sir MBZ, you have shown us a very authentic way of Risk Management; this is why this company
has stayed for the longest time without losing any of its vital resources, especially its workforce.
You have given us an action, now is our time for reaction.
We all have seen how this company blossomed into what it is today. I am Jefferson Buncag, born
in this place; I have grown, educated, and am now a part of the company. My family and I have
grown with the company. I have seen its progress, and working in this company is like my payback
time for all the generosity this company has given to the community.
Currently, I am the Operations Data Encoder of _______________, and with this, Risk Reduction
Management is truly a part of my job, our job.
Considering our nature of work, just like our dear MBZ has said, we need to manage our risk
strategically, effectively, and efficiently.
However, speaking of risk reduction, PRECAUTION is better than REACTION. This is the very spirit
of Risk Reduction Management.
We must organize consistent precautionary measures to reduce the risk we take in every job. We
need clear foresight as we perform our daily tasks and assess all their pros and cons. Be very
careful and mindful of every step we take every day.

I was asked how I see myself ten years from now, and I said I see myself as one of the executive
managers. I know Risk Reduction Management is vital for every company's success. I know that
if ever, as a manager, I will implement all of the knowledge and wisdom we will have from this
Risk Reduction Management.
