Your teacher/s at school Teachers at school can help to reassure you that everything is fine. They know you better than you think and all you have to do start talking to them. 5. Well-being department at school Your school will most likely have a well-being coordinator or department. They are trained to help people through difficult time and are easily accessible at school. 6. Kids Helpline (Call 1800 55 1800) Kids Helpline is a service in Australia that is aimed towards people aged 5-25. They can communicate online with you and make sure you feel better.
