WHATSAPP INTERGRATION PROCESS For integrating the WhatsApp API following steps need to be done. 1. Customer will create a new Facebook Business Manager Account or share the Business Manager Id of existing account with MTL Team. 2. MTL Team will co-ordinate with a WhatsApp Integrator for creating WhatsApp Business Account with reference to Facebook Business Manager Id. Verification and approval process is done by WhatsApp Team. 3. Customer will provide a mobile Number to be used with WhatsApp. MTL team will coordinate for the verification process of the WhatsApp number via OTP method. 4. After all the approvals done MTL team will get authorization codes to access WhatsApp messaging API which will be integrated with messaging application.
