FINANCING AGREEMENT
This Financing Agreement dated this 29th day of December, 2022

KS Financials Consultancy, Opc.
(the “Lender”)

JG Mighty-PH Business Process
(“The Borrower”)
Represented by:
Jelz Genosas
Owner
In consideration of the Lender, lending certain amount to the borrower, this Open Clause
Agreement in accordance with Insure Now, Pay Later Program of the Lender for its qualified
clients, and the Borrower repaying the Amount to the Lender, the parties agree to keep,
perform and fulfill the promises and conditions set out in this Agreement:
Amount Financed
1. The Lender has financed the amount indicated in the invoice issued to the Borrower
and the Borrower promises to repay this principal amount to the Lender, without
interest payable on its due date.
Payment
2. This Amount will be repaid in full on its due date.
3. The Borrower may pay at any time before the due date.
4. The Borrower may pay via Direct Bank Transfer or Visa/Mastercard in the invoice
sent through XSwap with additional charges.
Penalty
5. If the Borrower failed to pay the Amount on the due date, it is subject for a 1% daily
penalty.
Governing Law
6. This agreement will be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of
the Republic of the Philippines.
Binding Effect
7. This agreement will pass to the benefit of and be binding upon the respective heirs,
executors, successors and permitted assigns of the Borrower and Lender.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have duly affixed their signatures on this 30th day of
December, 2022.
