CAMPUS AMBASSADOR PROGRAM Similarities between all the programs 1)Hiring & Marketing for Campus Ambassadors: • • • • • Reach out to student organizations or clubs on campus: Post about the opportunity on social media (Instagram , LinkedIn and intershala, Specifically have to target college pages made by students with reach of thousands and ask them to post a story or post to market the campaign. Reach out to professors or faculty members or the placement committee Attend career fairs or events on campus: Set up a booth or table and talk to students about the opportunity and collect resumes or application forms from interested candidates. Reach out to influencers form the college and ask them to post a story in return for merchandise. 2)Tasks • • • • • • • • Sharing the company's social media posts and content with their own followers and on their own social media accounts. Participating in online challenges( quiz , channel contests) or campaigns that are sponsored by the company and encouraging their peers to do the same. Organizing events or activities on campus that promote the company and its products or services. Connecting with student organizations or clubs on campus and building partnerships with them to promote the company. Providing feedback and insights to the company about how its products or services are being received by students on campus. Identifying opportunities to collaborate with other student influencers or social media personalities on campus to promote the company. Participating in training sessions or webinars to learn more about the company and its products or services and staying up-to-date on company news and updates. Overall, the goal of campus ambassadors is to help the company build a strong presence and reputation on campus, and to drive awareness and engagement with the company's products or services among students. 3)Incentives & Learnings • • • • • Certificate Access to industry experts ( mentorship events ) Exclusive access to new and experimental products and features Internship opportunities at EB Work reference for a career opportunity All of the programs have students working for no more than 3/4 hours a week. All the programs above are paid, and every ambassador receives an incentive ranging from (12000- 2,50,000 per Anum) + goodies, rewards & mentoring . All the programs have a dashboard set and automated to track every ambassador. A 7-day campus ambassador program for Eventbeep: ( raw plan) Day 1: Introduction to Eventbeep and training on the platform's features and tools. All the ambassadors should attend an grand open mic (ice breaker) & a motivating start to the CA program. Day 2: Outreach to student organizations and clubs on campus to promote Eventbeep and encourage membership. Day 3: Host an open house or information session on Eventbeep, where students can learn more about the platform and ask questions. This should have Saurabh or Rakhi in it. Day 4: Collaborate with other student influencers or social media personalities on campus to promote Eventbeep and increase its visibility. Day 5: Organize a quiz or challenge on Eventbeep to engage and motivate students to participate. Day 6: Host a panel discussion or workshop on a topic of interest to students, using Event beep’s audio rooms or text channels. Mr Rajeev should be in this. Day 7: Evaluate the success of the ambassador program and gather feedback from students on their experience with Eventbeep. Overall, the goal of this program would be to promote Eventbeep on campus and build a community of active and engaged users. By offering a variety of activities and events, and by collaborating with other students and organizations on campus, the ambassadors can help drive awareness and adoption of the platform. Before executing this 7 day program, the resources from all the channels should be structured and posted , it should give value to every new user that enters and joins the channels.
