o What is the preferred career path you would like to work toward achieving? According to the results of my career and personality assessments my preferred route personally would be finance and business-related careers. Specifically, I would like to start of on a finance and accounting route and then eventually go into business law of some sort or even real estate. I feel like with my love for numbers, economy, politics and mathematics there could be a way to incorporate all of those things with either an accounting degree and a law degree. o What are the qualifications for this career path beyond your current degree (e.g. training, certifications, licenses, technical skills, professional skill sets, etc) Specifically for accounting I would need to obtain a CPA, which is a state licensure to ensure I can practice accounting not just in a firm of some sort but also if I ever decided to open my own firm as well. So with that, I would have to finish my bachelors and essentially take an exam to secure my license. o Are there any qualifications that you feel you should start working on before graduation? I feel like I would need to gain more experience through internships in the accounting field, because it would allow me to gain not only more experience with the programs used in the fields but also learn the ropes of working within the field. There are so many different types of accounting and finance opportunities to ensure not only qualifications but also which field I would like to concentrate and put all my efforts into id have to spend time within the different fields to see which one would best suit me and my personal desires and goals in the future.
