Procedure:
1. Each student should count their pulse for 1 minute upon waking up, prior to exercise, right
after doing exercise and 15 minutes after doing exercise.
2. Record all the students’ pulse counts in a table.
3. Calculate the average pulse count for each activity.
4. Plot a graph of type of activity against average pulse count.
