The SAP Learning Hub is the central location that allows
access to different learning offerings and SAP Learning
Rooms. There are different editions of the SAP Learning Hub.
By default, SAP S/4HANA Cloud customers are eligible to
use the SAP Enterprise Support Edition. This edition
provides access to the SAP Enterprise Support relevant
learning contents and the S/4HANA Cloud Implementation
Learning Room.
To access SAP Learning Hub, edition for

registration is required Access to

Content corrections are generally scheduled on a two week period and are deployed to all customers over the weekend
during standard downtimes. Note that exceptions exist that may delay the schedule.
Continuous Feature Delivery model releases new features on a monthly basis. Some features can be activated at
customer's discretion, till made available by default in the next major upgrade.
Upgrades are scheduled twice a year: February and August.
All customers are on the same release and hotfix package.
Service marketplace notes are not individually applied. They must be part of a hotfix.
SLA (Service Level Agreement) for cloud services can be found here.
SAP notifies via email, release upgrade schedule to each customer, at least 6 weeks in advance.

Each customer is notified per mail, 6 weeks prior to (Q) system upgrade.

Ensure System Access
You receive Four SAP emails:
#1 SAP Cloud Identity Authentication Service (IAS)
The email comes with the access information to the SAP Cloud Platform
Identity Authentication Service (IAS). Again the IT person specified in the
contract will be the owner of this system. The IT Administrator should reset
his/her password and access the IAS tenant as the first step.
#2 SAP Central Business Configuration System
This email will contain links for Central Business Configuration, Identity
Authentication Service (IAS) and Identity Provisioning Service(IPS). You
should use your S User credentials to login to IPS. The user access for CBC
should be set up as described here.

#3 Starter system URL and Initial User ID
This email contains the Initial User and access information to the starter
system. This 20-char user is a technical administrator which allows you to
create the business users with the administrator role. It is not required to be
used further, but it’s a good idea to keep it safe.
You can access the starter system only after CBC is set up and milestone
“Complete Explore Phase” is set.

#4 Initial Password
This email, sent separately for security, contains the initial password which you
can reset.
IMPORTANT: The IT contact maybe setup as the customer contractual contact / procurer
responsible for the SAP S/4HANA Cloud (not an actual IT contact). This should be changed
by creating with a service request / incident created in component XX-S4C-OPR-INC.

In addition, you can change existing or create new test cases via a recording functionality. In addition, regression testing is supported by SAP
