This includes also to create a Timely, Responsive and Creative video of the Institution Hymn and Institution ID. Below is the mechanics and guidelines for the competition. GUIDELINES FOR NC HYMN VIDEO • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • The competition is open for all bona fide students of Northeastern College Individual, Department Based Organizations or Interest Based Clubs may submit their entry. Participants should be bonafide student of Northeastern College enrolled in the first & second semester of S.Y 2022-2023. The soundtrack to be used in the entirety of the video is the NC Hymn Music The video must contain and show the core values of NC: Nurtured and Competitive It shall include various programs and activities of the institution as a whole. (Entries should not focus on one program, but it includes all programs of the institution [Basic Education Center to Graduate School and the College of Law]) All videos must be original and authentic. The video should consist of copyright free videos. The length of the video should not be lower than the time of the audio and should not exceed two (2) minutes and 30 seconds including the intro and outro of the video. All shots should be in landscape. The video resolution should consist at least 720p (1280 * 720) 25 Frames Per Second The Intelligencer’s The Minter will be providing select clips (photographs/film) which can be utilized by the participants. Any and all borrowed footage from the clips provided by the Intelligencer’s The Minter must be appropriately attributed to them. Only the officially released clips and videos are allowed to be included. Unauthorized use of unreleased footage will incur heavy deductions. The Judges will be the members of the Management Executive Committee. All submissions will become property of the institution.
