We received a feedback from one of our agents that we had a caller who called in to
seek help but his case was not related to Criminal Defense. So, just wanted to check
with you whether the agents should place all these calls under "All Else" call type and
should we add a note on the script stating that any calls which are not related to
Criminal Defense cases should be submitted under All Else call type after taking a
message.
