REFLECTION : Program Review Implementation 2022
The purpose of program review is to guide the development of the implemented programs
on a continuous basis.It is aprocess that evaluates the status,effectiveness and progress of the
implemented programs specially in our school,Baclaran Elementary School-1,that may helps identify the
future direction,needs and priorities of the programs.
As such,it is closely connected to strategic planning,resources,decision making and team
discussion or participation.
Year 2022-2023 is such a huge transition year to all of us,from blended learning to full face to
face platform. The school program coordinators lend extra effort to report their accomplishments as
well as our principal,Mrs Agnes A. Pelovello.They presented areas or concerns that needs to be improve
and intervene for the benefits of the learners. Updated knowledge about ANA and CRLA was also
discussed, for us teachers to be equipped for the upcoming activities,the midyear assessment.
Well-implemented programs makes quality education. One of Baclaran Elementary School-1
program is focusing literacy and numeracy that may elevate the performance of the learners despite
the learning gaps due to pandemic.The principal,the coordinators and teachers collaboration matters
most to make these programs successful.The {CIGP} concerns,issues,gaps and problems can be easily
manage if we have unity.So be it,TEAM BES-1.
