participating in class discussions. He often commits careless mistakes and needs
constant supervision to produce acceptable work. He usually submits delayed
work due to slow pace of work and is unable to complete the task within then
time frame given.

taught in class, however, is unable to express adequately in written work. He
must improve his spellings, especially handwriting and presentation of work and a
regular reading habit will further polish his language skills.
