Realizing how important I am and my purpose in society. As well, as realizing that I can use my
position to help motivate a younger generation.

Realizing my worth in society. And being a mentor to young black women.
What is your individual purpose as a woman to the society?

Advocating and encouraging women in society of all ages so that we may all accomplish great
things while supporting one another.

We are doing 100% the same things as a guy. Show people it doesn’t matter if we’re a woman.

The most influential person in my life is my mom, she is very organized and believes that there’s
always a place for everything. I have adapted a lot of her perspective and most especially her
passion to keep learning new things.

Who is the most influential person in your life?

The most influential person in my life is my older sister Sandra. She has always been a great
support system to be throughout my life. I guess you could say she is a trend setter, as always
showed kindness even before it became a trend.
If given the opportunity to work or spend a day to know more of a colleague in the store, who
would it be and why?

I would like to spend a day out of the store with my center of store team. I would like to get to
know them better, not just as work colleagues but as people, their outside interests, family, pets
etc.
