QUESTION:
Scenario:
The CEO of your company has raised a concern to improve the company status in the
market and want to achieve company objectives as a market leader. This requires the
team of innovator to think creatively to improve current products, process, or services
available or implement a new invention. Your team is responsible to handle this
responsibility.
Perform investigation to investigate the defects of current product, process or
services. Identify the challenges of developing the product and advantages of the
product. Propose a solution and develop a new prototype of new innovation. Present
your genius idea to the CEO as the product will improve the company status in the
market.

analysis of the requirement of new innovation as below: a) Briefly tell us how your group members triggered/ brainstorming an idea for the

b) Discuss challenges involved in new innovation of product, process or service.
Identify benefits/advantages of your new product, process or service innovation
to the nation & community. Does it achieve your objectives in proposal? (Chap 4,
PPT slides pg 9-10).
c) What is your findings after completed your prototype of a new product / service /
process? Does it give solution for the ‘problem statement’ of your idea in the
proposal? What are the readiness level to commercialise the product / service /
process to the market? (Chap 6, PPT slides pg 18).
Write and submit the report to the Product Development Manager (Lecturer).
Prepare a model/prototype and presentation/demo video to describe the proposed
product/service/project & submit together in VLE.
