Project Goals
● Implement tabletop menu tablets in the bar sections of the North and
Downtown to improve dining experience
● Decrease average table turn times to 30 minutes by using the tabletop menu
● Increase the product mix by showing menu addons and coupon
● Train the employees to integrate new system with the current system
● Increase daily guest counts by 10%
● Cut food waste by 25% by Q2
