types in this package, we’ve created
this helpful guide to help you
understand each file type and where to
use them.

FOLDER CONTENTS
PSD ADOBE PHOTOSHOP
PRINT FOLDER
PSD files are the native file format of Adobe
Photoshop. This is a also an editable file for
your logo. Some designers will require this
format for use in digital layouts.
AI files are the native vector file type for
Adobe Illustrator. It is the editable and
standard source file for your logo if you need
to edit and modify it. Some shops will request
this file when prepping a project for print.
We are just as excited as you are to put
out your shiny new logo in the world for
your clients to see!
In most cases, you will only be using
the logos with the .JPG or .PNG
extension for your web and digital
needs. In some cases, if you are having
your logo printed in other marketing
materials, your print shop or designer
might require you to provide your logo
in other different formats which is
already included in your package.

Another popular image format that is great
for web and digital displays.
EPS is a vector file format which is often
required for professional and high-quality
printing. Though they’ve been overtaken by
more modern file formats such as PDFs, it
still functions as a legacy format compatible
with almost all systems and software.
FAVICON

This format contains your logo without the
background and can also be used for
watermarking your images.

GIF
SVG SCALABLE VECTOR GRAPHICS
It is a vector file that can be easily scaled up
or down without losing any of its resolution. It
is a popular format for displaying images,
charts, and illustrations on websites.

TIFF
GIF GRAPHICS INTERCHANGE FORMAT
GIF is a raster file format designed for
relatively basic images that appear mainly on
the internet. Low resolution file supporting up
to only 256 colors.

File containing the font information used for
creating your logo and where it can be
downloaded or purchased
COLORCODES.TXT
File containing the HEX color information of
your logo
High quality image file mostly used in
photography. Contains added tags and can
be edited with Photoshop. Some shops will
request this file when prepping a project for
print.
