For our Registration process
We have the Pre-registration, which includes general pre-registration and student pre-registration.
General/pre-registrations are until June 08, 2023 (Thu)
General pre-registration can only be cancelled within the pre-registration period, and in this case, only 50% refund is
possible.
※ Onsite registration is also divided into two types: general and student registration
(Sstudents need to present their student IDs on the day of the event)
From June 07 (Wed), the same registration fee as on-site registration applies
The attendees need to know that except for on-site registration during the event period, registrations are conducted
online.
Refund is available until May 15 (Mon) and is fully refundable except for 10,000 won (which is a non-refundable
admission fee). We will also inform the attendees that the refund is not possible after 5/20 due to the use of an
external online registration system and due to conference arrangements, as well.

For On-site registration and check-in + Pre registration
Meeting technologies mainly used for participant registration at the conference site are QR code, application, facial
recognition, NFC, RFID, etc.
In the case of the application, it is necessary for the participants to download it through a mobile phone device
As organizers, we will place a guide at the entrance of the event venue to explain how to use the application and
activate the application for participants.
