Extraordinarily Good Service Experience
I have experienced a good service from one of the merchant of Daraz. I bought a product from
Daraz. Review of the product was good. But when I received the product, I found that the
product was broken. I was never expecting that. I was totally shocked & gave a bad review in the
site. Within a few moment the merchant calls me & apology for the inconvenience. They said
that was not their fault. Delivery man broke it. But they want to replace the product & also return
the product price. It was totally unexpected from them. I share this experience in the Facebook &
change my review in review section & share my experience with all.
Extraordinarily Bad Service Experience
I have experienced a bad service from the delivery company Redx. Recently I delivered a
product outside Dhaka. They have promised that they will deliver the product safely within 2
days. They delivered the product within two days but they broke the product. After founding this
I complained them on the website but did not get any reply from them. Then I called their
customer service number. They ensure me that they will look in the matter but they did not. I was
very angry after experience this & share this experience to close people of mine & told them not
to use this delivery company I would call the customer directly instantly after receiving the
complaint, apologies for the inconvenience & give compensation as early possible so that I can
stop the bad word of mouth.
