First established in 1998, we have become one of the largest and most trusted wholesale and
retail Martial Arts suppliers in all of North America.
We are looking for an office administrator to join our team.
As the first point of contact, the position requires superior customer service skills, a professional
and welcoming demeanour with a positive attitude, strong communication skills and impeccable
punctuality.
This position is for someone who can handle a fast-paced environment and working on different
type of tasks on a daily basis. This position is a great opportunity for an individual has the ability
and the willingness to learn, grow and work on a variety of tasks:
- Perform basic receptionist / office administration duties
- Prepare invoices for billing purposes
- Assist in writing simple email for customer
The ideal candidate must have the following skills:
- 1 year relevant work experience
- Computer literate on MS Office products and able to learn new systems with ease
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Well organized and good with time management
- Quick and independent learning
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail
