Unless specified, the function rooms are closed on School and Public Holidays.
Notes:
1. Consumption of food and drink is allowed in Student Common Room.
2. Please note that all books and materials are for onsite use only in Library & Resource Centre.
The opening hours of the above function rooms are subject to change without prior notice. Please
pay attention to the Student Notice for any special arrangement.
Rules for Room Usage
•
Students should always remain silent in the Library, Resource Centre and Study Room.
•
In other function rooms, students are requested to keep their voices at a very low level if they need to
carry out discussion so as to avoid any disturbance to other classes held nearby.
•
Unauthorised reservation of seats in the student amenities area is not permitted.
•
Students should not leave any personal belongings unattended in the function rooms.
•
Eating and drinking are prohibited on the campus, except for the designated area as mentioned above.
Students should keep all classrooms and common area clean and tidy at all time.
•
Apart from the function room(s) or the class is about to begin, students are not allowed to stay in the
classroom without the presence of a teacher.
•
Student societies or groups of students planning to hold meetings in the function rooms, thereby may
preclude other students from using the room, should apply for permission from the College Office at
least two weeks in advance.
•
Students are prohibited from using indecent language and from possessing or bringing forbidden items
such as obscene magazines, gambling tools, cigarettes, alcohol or non-prescribed drugs in all College
area including the above-mentioned rooms and common area.
•
Students must observe the above rules when using the function rooms. The College Office reserves
the right to disallow individual students from using the rooms when necessary.
