Aglipay High School Supreme Student Government, being the umbrella student organization of Aglipay
National High School- Integrated Junior and Senior High School, gears towards the realization of the
Department of Education’s Mandates, Goals and Objectives. With its prime duty to promote holistic
development of learners not withstanding their welfare, AHS- SSG commits themselves to be the
channel for learners to spread their wings to attain big wins in their respective fields.
Anchored with the Core Values of the department, AHS- SSG comes up with projects that promotes the
attainment of these. Young leaders minds converge to strategize ways how to employ projects,
activities and programs that will eventually mold learners to be 21st century learners with proper
knowledge, skills, attitudes and values.
Believing that the Almighty is the most supreme among all beings, and the source of all goodness, AHSSSG implements Project DASAL MUNA, BAGO BASA , which enhances the Godliness of learners. Every
start of each class, learners hold simple prayer asking for the guidance of the Almighty in the endeavor
that they will be into. This project fosters the awareness of learners how prayer works and its
importance to all.
Project ReWARDS( Recognizing, Worthy, Active, Responsible and Disciplined Students) is also reimplemented after its hiatus due to the COvid 19 Public Health Emergency. This continuous project of
the SSG enhances the conduct of learners inside and outside the school. This rewards and recognition
program of the SSG caters academic excellence, discipline and WATCH Program.
In addition to, Project ReWARDS is becoming an avenue for learners to exemplify their best to be
recognized in different fields. It also foster one of the Core Values Makatao, as this project teaches
learners how to build harmonious relationship to all.
As Aglipay National High School is a perennial champion for the Search for Most Sustainable and Ecofriendly school, AHS- SSG paves its way to various eco- friendly programs inside and outside the school.
Project TREES( Teaching Reforestation for Ecological and Environmental Sustainability) have been
sustained through the continuous visitation and cleaning of the coconut plantation which marks the
birth of the project. In addition to this, Project GULONG( Gearing Unified Landscapes Obtaining Naturefriendly Garnitures), have been introduced to the community, particularly to the feeder barangays of the
institution.
To foster these eco-friendly practices, AHS- SSG made another sister project titled “ ISANG PUNO SA
BIRTHDAY KO” which directs learners to plant a tree during their birth month. This project widens the
battle of the SSG to promote sustainable eco-friendly practices in partnership with the PTA, SGC and
Alumni Association.
In fulfillment to the Flag and Heraldic Code of the Philippines, SSG ensures the proper conduct of Flag
Raising Ceremony and Flag Lowering Ceremony. With the SSG,s partnership with the 1st Quirino Police
Mobile Force Company- 3rd Platoon, AHS Community regularly conducts flag ceremonies properly.
Apart from these initiatives, AHS-SSG also partners with different clubs and organizations to ensure 360
degree service to all learners. Guidance and counselling services are offered to learners who are
experiencing bullying, anxiety, emotional breakdown and other psychological needs.
National Drug Education Program is also highlighted. Symposium on drugs and bombs was conducted
with the cooperation of the Philippine National Police Explosive and Ordance Division and K9 GroupRegion 2.
Career Guidance Programs are also implemented from Grades 9-12 to guide learners what track and
strand they will be taking and what course fits them in the tertiary education.
Apart from this, Special Education Program ( SPED) is integrated through inclusive education. Learners
with special needs are included in the mainstream for them to feel their inclusivity to education.
On top of this, clubs and organizations of the school are endorsed for accreditation by the Local Youth
Development Council of the Municipal Local Government Unit of Aglipay.
These sums up the vision of Aglipay National High School- Supreme Student Government that is to be an
adaptive organization gearing towards the holistic services to all AHSian Learners.

Significant Accomplishment/s Within the Last Three Years

Project DASAL MUNA BAGO BASA
- This project fosters the Core Values MakaDiyos. It is a framework designed by the
SSG to encourage learners to pray every start of each subject. This project was
launched last October 24, 2022 during the Flag Raising Ceremony.

Project ReWARDS( Recognizing Worthy, Active, Responsible and Disciplined Students)
- This is a reward and recognition system of the SSG in partnership with the then
Office of the Senior High School Coordinator,now Office of the Assistant School
Principal. This project debuted last School Year 2018-2019 catering only the Senior
High School Program. After seeing its positive impact, it was expanded to include
the Junior High School Curriculum. Now the project is on its 3rd cycle after its
postponement due to the emergence of the Covid 19 Public Health Emergency.

Project TREES( Teaching Reforestation for Environmental and Ecological Sustainability)
- This eco-friendly project which was established last School Year 2019-2020 is being
sustained up to this date. This Division Winner of the Gawad Siklab- Makakalikasan
Category managed to plant a total of 488 coconuts within the school compound. Up
to this date, the coconut plantation is still being nurtured and cultivated to ensure
atleast 95% survival of the total coconuts planted.

Project ISANG PUNO SA BIRTHDAY KO!
- This is also an eco-friendly initiative of the Supreme Student Government. This sister
project of Project TREES unlocks learners sense of belongingness in sustaining the
eco-friendly practices of Aglipay National High School. This project acts as a legacy
of learners as they grow and add another year of their lives. This is also a way of
thanksgiving for a fruitful and blessed year that the Almighty have bestowed.
II.
IMPACT OF ACCOMPLISHMENTS
With SSG’s Vision to bridge gaps of learners in attaining relevant skills, attitudes and
values, the organization’s interventions posted a huge impact particularly in carrying out
its tasks and other related works. Anchored with the objectives of Republic Act 10533
otherwise known a the Enhanced Basic Education Act of 2015, the organization helped
Aglipay National High School learners to be ready in facing uncertainties of life.
These interventions made a great leap for learners to attain their big dreams and in
creating great opportunities for them. Inculcating in them the Core Values of the
institution makes a great difference of having quality public secondary education-the
Aglipay High School way.
Moreso, these interventions help the teachers in equipping learners with Good
Manners, Right Conduct and Proper attitudes inside the school premises, their
respective homes, their community and to the country as a whole.
Aglipay High School System also feels the impact of these accomplishments. This
enhances the delivery of quality basic education, mandates and goals. It helps the
attainment of the School’s Vision, mission and goals.
Schools Division Office of Quirino and the entire Department of Education is also
benefitted as the organization carries out its task with grace, passion and perseverance
which results to outstanding customer satisfaction.
The organization posted and is continuously pinning impacts in the education system.
With its outstanding accomplishments, AHS-SSG is an epitome of excellent leadership.
