Which Pressure Cause to Which Weather Forecast [1]
As we know weathers occur by pressure changes.Because of the high and low pressure
weathers changes day to day .This pressure is called Atmospheric Pressure .Atmospheric
pressure is force that is applied by the atmosphere to the surface. Owing to knowing
pressure’s changes affect the weather, meteorologists constitute the weather chart. It shows
anticyclones and depressions. Ascending and descending air cause this pressure to change .As
the air warms it rises and causes low pressure at the surface .As the opposite as the air cools it
descends and causes high pressure.
So if we get the point that how pressure affect to weather it is like this:
Anticyclone mean is high pressure ; in this situation slight breeze occurs and they are in
tendency blowing through the clockwise .Also air descend so its block the cloud formation
and cause to breeze and stabile weather conditions. In epitome with anticyclone partly cloudy
,sunny and fair-weather consist.
The other term is depression .Depression mean is low ; in this situation air rises and blow
through the counterclockwise .When the air cooled ad rises ,water vapor concentrate and
effectuate to cloud formation and also precipitation. So depression cause to cloudy ,rainy and
even snowy weather. The name of depression may come from the reason that cloudy weather
causes down moods.

Which Weather Conditions Affects Human Psychology [2],[3]
Everything happening in our lives affects our psychology. Weather is certainly one of them.
Even though most people do not realize it, the weather decides the course of our daily life.
With saying of course, I meant that, like our plans or our mood.
One of the most effective weather conditions in human psychology is sunny. The sunny
weather especially affects the emotional people in a positive way. It has proven that the sunny
weather decreases negative feelings, like stress and tiredness. As an example; in sunny days
people give tips more. But in this example, of course there is also the effect of traditional
factors.
When the weather is cloudy, the most seen situations are; introversion, depressiveness, low
energy and sensuality.
The fluctuations on our moods are a factor which changes with the weather conditions. Rain
or sun, hot or cold; the organism constantly has to set itself, according to those temperature,
humidity and air pressure changes. Of course, this is a state of adjustment that takes place
outside of our consciousness and we do not feel it. But it reflects our feelings.
The effect of the weather conditions can change from person to person, but the most common
effects are; depression, anxiety, sensuality, anger, tiredness, cold symptoms including muscle,
head and joint pains, changes in sleep patterns and appetite.
People with asthma or joint diseases are among the patients who suffer most from the
weather. Symptoms such as difficulty breathing or joint pain may be exacerbated in cold
weather. While low pressure usually has a negative effect on the body, complaints can
disappear at a stable high pressure. However, if the air is too hot or too cold despite the high
pressure, the body can be loaded again. In this respect, the weather that has the most positive
effect on the body is the high pressure in the spring and autumn months.
To make more durable the organisms which affects the most from the weather conditions; we
should identify ourselves, so that we can direct the emotional returns correctly. Exercise and
an active lifestyle can help relieve depressive symptoms associated with hormone cycling.
Having an shower and stimulating circulation with massage can help too.
The Relationship Between Hormone Release and Weather[4]
Weather is one of the most changeable things in our daily life and we are intertwined with
weather throughout the day… and of course it affects both our psychological and physical
well-being, especially the sensitive ones among us…
The more sudden and rapid the change in weather conditions, the more the complaints of
sensitive people increase. The organism may not be able to adapt quickly enough to sudden
changes in the air mass.
For example, people with low blood pressure may have impaired blood circulation. People
with asthma or joint diseases are among the patients who suffer most from the weather.
Symptoms such as difficulty breathing or joint pain may be exacerbated in cold weather.
While low pressure usually has a negative effect on the body, complaints can disappear at a
stable high pressure. However, if the air is too hot or too cold despite the high pressure, the
body can be loaded again. In this aspect, the weather that has the most positive effect on the
body is the high pressure in the spring and autumn months.
Females are usually more sensitive than other humans because their system works differently
and they have a menstrual cycle that affects their hormone stability. According to the
researches sunny and warm day effects women's health and and psychology in a good way
which is to decrease the possibility of depression and helping the oscillation of happiness
hormone in the body and unlike summer days winter affects women health in a bad way that
can cause depression, anxiety and sadness with non stable hormone oscillation and low
vagina health…
So coming to the conclusion we can say that there is definitely an effect between weather
and human physical and psychological well-being.
The Effect of Human Psychology on Physical Health[5],[6]
We can study human health in two different areas; mental and physical health. Our mental
and physical health is affected by different factors that are likely to come from inside and
outside. However, the point that needs to be mentioned is that physical health can be affected
by mental health.
Mental health, psychology, is affected by many different internal and external factors; family
problems, quarrels, pressure, severe or mild illnesses, etc. factors can cause psychological
disorders such as high stress, anxiety and depression. But, how do these psychological
disorders affect psychological health?
As mentioned before, the human body is exposed to many internal and external factors. It is
caught in various diseases due to external factors such as viruses and microbes. And also
sometimes, the source of the disease can also be the preferred food and beverages. However,
physical health is affected not only by external but also by internal factors, psychology.
Anxiety is the disorder of our worries. Too much worry causes anxiety. And anxiety can
cause insomnia, insomnia is a physical health problem about sleep. Insomnia is sleep
disorder. People with insomnia cannot sleep when they want. They get sleepy and sleepy but
they can’t fall asleep. People with insomnia generally use sleeping pills. When a person
couldn’t sleep well, his or her body would get really tired. His or her immune system would
get down and the person would be sick.
Depression is the situation when a person feels severe despondency and dejection. People can
get depressed by family problems, pressure, etc. When a person gets depressed, he or she
wouldn’t want to do anything. Person with depression only wants to sit on his seat and cry.
They won't eat, drink, talk, exercise, etc. And it would cause an immune system problem. So
depression can cause health problems, like digestive system problems, muscle aches, etc.
Pressure can come from anywhere; from family expectations, grade expectations, bad
friendship choses, etc. And it can cause high stress. Stress can increase feelings like anger,
aggression, fear, etc. and blood pressure. And if this high stress lasts for a long time, it also
can cause changes in brain chemistry, heart diseases, stroke, sleep problems, headaches and
other chronic diseases.
So we can clearly say that the disorders on mental health, affects physical health as well.
