1. Logo / Signage must be 3d built-up with single-faced illumination. Although tenant wants to provide a logo as their branding, please encourage tenant to incorporate their approved trade name reflected in the lease contract into their shop.
2. Limit height of the canopy to 2400mm only.
3. Kindly advise to limit frosted acrylic panels to 1200mm high only and anything higher than 1200mm to be clear in order to comply with the required opacity ratio.
4. Kindly convert full height door to flip-up and swing-in door panel.
5. Please advise to provide concealed cove lighting around the base platform.
6. In order to achieve a lounge type dining set-up, kindly recommend to provide spill seating around the counter. Please seek assistance to leasing and EDD to verify allowable space to be occupied by tenant. Tenant may incorporate lounge table as and chairs, lamps, railings and artificial turf for the flooring to make the spill seating area look interesting and inviting.
