Regulation Commission (PRC) for request and authentication of copies of my Certificate of Rating
and Good Standing, and authentication of the photocopy of my PRC License, including signing of
all documents relating to these matters. Any and all acts carried out by M ARIA CRISTINA
GONZAGA TAPEL, on my behalf shall have the same effect as acts on my own. She hereby
presents at least one (1) of my valid ID for identification purposes.
