Terms & Conditions 1. The Customer must receive the Service Report when the product is given for warranty repairs at Service 2. Center(SVC) and the contents of the Service report must be verified by the Customer. In-warranty repair will be carried out subject to warranty validation check by service center, for warranty validation customer is required to get the valid warranty card along with proof of purchase and is to be produced at the time of submitting the product, else warranty service will not be provided. 3. The Customer must produce the Original Service Report at the time of taking the delivery. The SVC reserves the right to refuse delivery upon non production of the original service report. In the event of loss receipt, the customer needs to submit a request letter along with the lD Proof(with Address Proof) to the Service Center to obtain the unit. 4. The product has been accepted for service subjected to external verification. If product is found to be tampered, misused, components removed, cracked or liquid logged/damaged, the repair warranty of the product will be void, in such cases product will be returned without repairs to the customer or will be done on chargeable basis. 5. Data backup needs to be taken by the customer before submitting the product to the Service Center for repairs. Service center will not be responsible for any data loss. 6. Accessories are accepted under owner's risk and the company is not responsible for the accessories not recorded in the receipt. 7. The defective parts replaced while undertaking the repairs of the product under warranty will not be returned to the Customer. 8. The charges for labour as well as spares used for non warranty repair shall be as per the applicable price lists approved and recommended by Authorized Authority And displayed in Svc. 9. The Estimate price given at the time of acceptance of the Product to repairs are Provisional and may vary at the time of detailed inspection. Should the final expected charges be more than the initial estimate, the SVCwillproceedonlyaftertaking the approval of the Customer. 10. In the event the final estimate is not approved by the customer within 7 days, the product will be returned in "as is condition (partly repaired/unrepaired)" and the SVC will not be responsible for the same whatsoever. Diagnose charges are applicable if customers cancel or decline the Quote or quote 11. The SVC shall make all efforts to ensure that the product is repaired within 3 working days from the receipt of faulty product. At times however, due to non-availability/shortage of critical spare parts or complicated fault, the repair turnaround time may take longer than the indicated while accepting the machine for repair. The SVC will not be responsible for any loss/ losses whatsoever in the event of the delay in repair forsuch aforementioned reasons. 12. To Enquire the status of the repair please contact at the number mentioned in Service call report 13. Customer is requested to collect the product within the 7 days from the date of receiving confirmation of completed repair from the service center. 14. The SVC is not liable for any delays, non performance, failure or non delivery of the product due to contingencies arising from any force measure, act of God, storm, earthquake, accident, strikes, lockout, industrial dispute, labor trouble, transportation embargo, imminence or the existence of any state emergency, war, civil commotion right, approval or imposition of sanctions or any measure taken by government which renders it impossible or impractical for SVC to perform supply, service ordeliverthe Product to the Customer 15. While Every effort shall be made to take care of the customer unit,the company takes no responsibility for loss beyond its control, fire, flood, or any other unforeseen circumstances in the receipt whatsoever if this product is not collected within 45 days from the date of confirmation of repair from the service center. By accepting the Service report, it is deemed that the Customer agrees to all the terms and conditions mentioned in the Service Report.
