Polyethylene (PE) is a sturdy thermoplastic material produced from the polymerization of ethylene and widely used in
water, slurry and gas applications. Sangir PE pipes are manufactured by extrusion in sizes ranging from 16mm to
1200mm. PE is available in rolled coils of various lengths ( upto 125mm OD) or in straight lengths up to 12mtrs. PE pipe is
available in many varieties of wall thicknesses, but primarily based on Controlled Outside Diameter (OD). A promising
Weather Resistant
material, it has design life extending upto 100 years for some applications.
PE pipe is available in many forms and colours such as the following:
- Single extrusion coloured or black pipe
- Black pipe with coextruded colour Stripe
- Black or natural pipe with with one or more coextruded colored layers

Thermal Resistant
Polypropylene (PP) is a thermoplastic from the polyolefin group. Sangir Pipes are made from semi-rigid, translucent
polymer with good toughness and weather resistance properties, low water absorption and is easily molded to desired
shapes. PP is a largelynon-polar, partially crystalline thermoplastic with a crystallinity of 60% to 70% and a density of 0.90
to 0.91g/cm3 which is amongst the lowest for all plastics.
Easy Installation
It is generally available in three advanced forms:
- PP- Homopolymer (PP-H)
- PP- Copolymer (PP-C)
- PP- Random Copolymer (PP-R)

PVDF
PIPING SYSTEMS
Chemical Resistant
Thermal Resistant
KYNAR® PVDF has outstanding barrier properties which allows a better protection to the environment from leakages of
hazardous chemicals. Polyvinylidene fluoride or polyvinylidene difluoride is a highly non-reactive thermoplastic fluoropolmer produced by the polymerization of vinylidene difluoride. Kynar PVDF is a polymer containing carbon, hydrogen, and
fluorine. Fluorine Being the bigger molecule ensures the stability of the polymer chain. PVDF is considered to be one of the
Weather Resistant
most inert substance on earth.
PVDF has the advantage of absolute suppression of corrosion, even under varying process conditions, when compared to
other materials. KYNAR® PVDF has the characteristic properties of high resistance to chemical attack intrinsic to all
fluoropolymers based on the very high strength of the carbon-fluorine molecular bonding.

ABRASION
RESISTANT PIPE
Sangir SanTuFF Piping System is a multi-layered piping system, where the inner layer is highly resistant to physical
abrasions, while the outer layers provide mechanical and structural strength to the products. Gravel, rocl‹s, sharp stones
and acidic effluent or chemicals can all contribute to the erosion and corrosion of pipes. In scientific testing, SanTuFF"
Piping System exhibits strong abrasion resistance with considerably reduced wear rates compared to other materials. In
the case of other MOCs it has been found that the inner surface is worn away, over time, due to corrosive fluids and
Abrasion Resistant
abrasive bed-loads containing gravel, silica, rocks, sharp stones, metal ore and abrasive slurries.
The need for an abrasion Resistant Piping System:
Wear Resistant
Abrasion rates increase with fluid velocity and pipe diameter and depend on a number of factors such as flow rate, fluid
velocity, size and shape of debris/particles etc.
Slurry flow causes a abrasion in Piping Systems.
Turbulent flow is ideal for reducing the wear on polyethylene piping during operation.
Crack Resistant
SanTuff® pipe has better resistance to slurry flow abrasion than conventional thermoplastic pipes
Sangir San-Tuff abrasion resistant piping is in a triple layered construction: conforming to ASTM 3035 Standard.

Sangir Concrete Liners are specifically meant for the lining of Cement/Concrete pipes, tanks, chambers, and other
structures, internally as well as externally. These are manufactured in two materials of construction, blended polyethylene
(PE) and Polypropylene (PP). These are installed at time of concreting itself and the V-Type or T-type anchoring get perma
nently embedded and afixed in the concrete surface, forming a permanent bonding with the substrate.
Fungal & Bio Fouling
Resistant
Sangir Concrete Liners provide excellent and cost-effective solutions for protection of concrete surfaces against attack
from adverse chemicals, biological hydrogen-sulfide, and other chemicals present in the flow media. These isolate the
concrete structure suitably to ensure that Concrete-corrosion or erosion does not take place, and operational life of the
structures is extended suitably.
Chemical Resistant
Sangir Concrete liners are manufactured with two kinds of anchoring arrangements:
San-Stud - Concrete Liners with V Shaped Anchors:
San-Stud liners are ideally suited for installation on verticle surfaces, horizontal surfaces, and during installation there is the possibility for the concrete to be flowed in from any direction to achieve the required
Light Weight
results
San-Grip - Concrete Liners with T-Shaped anchoring
San-Grip Liners are extremely suitable for lining of cylindrical surfaces such as concrete pipe, where the
flow of concrete is uni-directional

ORTHO SHEETS
SOLUTIONS
NovaOrtho represents a wide range of plastics for use in manufacturing of functional orthotics. For
functional design of orthotics rigid materials lie at the core of construction and are expected to be
easily malleable. Generally the more severe the structural problem, the more rigid the material is
needed for correction. We provide different blends in our material construction for different types of
applications. These blends in sheet form will convert into comfortable, functionally enduring and
aesthetically pleasant end products for ortho applications.

WELDING & SOLID
RODS
Novaweld and Novastic Rods are produced from the best quality engineering thermoplastic raw-materials, for use in fabrication work, where
external filler material is required. These find extensive usage in thermoplastic fabrication application, where thermoplastic sheets, pipes and
profiles need to be joined using welding processes. Novaweld and Novastic Rods ensure proper fusion with the base material, high weld-ability,
with Low MFI, ensuring negligible heat-effected zones or brittlement of joints.

SanFloats floating solution, used for dredging slurry transport, marine excavation & debris removal, de-watering piping, has
a stellar performance of over 2 decades. Floats, pipes and accesories are manufactured using permanently UV-Stabilized
UV Resistant
Marine Grade Polyethylene raw-materials capable of withstanding high impact and have an extensively long operational life
in standard conditions. Dough-nut shaped floaters (provided in two halves) can be easily installed on polyethylene pipes
for material/debris conveyance, interconnective rubber hoses, and discharge end reducers/extension pieces. Floaters are
filled with Eco-friendly PUF Foam, to provide better strength and also required buoyancy to the floaters.
