 Manage
and coordinate with all teams
 Lead the planning, conceptualizing,
and implementing of creative events
and activities
 In charge of scheduling meetings,
follow-up, and dry-run for all activities
 Ensures harmonious relationships and
flow among all teams and its members
 Creates the program flow
 Make letters of request, budget
proposals, invitations, and etc.
 Prepares registration and evaluation
forms.

 Helps in planning, conceptualizing,
and implementing creative events and

THE TECH SAVVY
SKILLS &

 Has basic technical knowledge in
online streaming (OBS, FB Live, Zoom,
Google Meet, Streamyard, and etc.)
 Has basic technical knowledge in
audio and video production (Adobe
Premiere/Final Cut Pro-video editor,
Adobe Audition/Logic Pro X-audio
editor)
 Can conceptualize creative designs.
