� Epinephrine 1 mg q 3-5 mins
� Lidocaine
1-1.5 mg/kg.

0.5-0.75 mg/kg.
� Amiodarone

Brady/Brady ❤️� BLOCKS
� Atropine 1mg, Max: 3 mg, q 3-5 mins PRN
� Dopamine infusion rate 5-20 mcg/kg/min. Titrate to pt response; taper slowly.
� Epinephrine infusion rate 2-10 mcg/min. Titrate to pt response.
Pacing:
 60-80 bpm (70 bpm)
 Go ↑ by 20 until you GET capture
 Go ↓ by 5 until you LOSE capture
 Go ↑ by 10

SVT/ VT w. Pulse/Afib/AFlutter
� Adenosine 6mg-12mg
� Amiodarone
150 mg -10 mins. PRN if refractory VT.
 Maintenance infusion rate: 1 mg/min for first 6 hours.
Cardioversion:
 SVT: 50-100j
 V Tach w/ pulse: 100j
 Afib: 120-200j
