Check power supply or battery voltage is normal (must be greater than 3.5V) 3. Use the Multimeter measure power rail, Check has no short-circuit (first basic measure VBAT or VSYS) 4. Check PS_HOLD (T0803) has no pull-high, If the pull-high, representatives PMIC Power rail has a power; Such as PS_HOLD not pull up, according to the power on sequence, Check the set of power has failed 5. Measure PMIC Crystal (X8501), Clock signal is correct 6. Re-burn image , If you can not burn, check eMCP (U1501) body and its peripheral devices, you can reheat U1501, If not ok, replace U1501 7. Connect NB, open Device Manager, confirmed that has no catch device, If not, re-heating U1, still does not work replace U1 Trouble Shooting Guide No display 1. Check J2001 is normal 2. Cross-validation, check the panel is normal 3. Confirm V LED voltage is normal, after the boost voltage greater than 10V 4. Confirm PU8900, PD8901 has no extremely inverse, PL8900 has no open 5. Confirm LCD_BL_EN is not high, before and after the PSR 8902 should be High. 6. Confirm PWM has no PWM signal output, before and after the PWM signal should have PSR 8901 Trouble Shooting Guide Display error 1. Abnormal color screen or blurred screen => Check LCM FPC has no assembled, J2001 has no solder skip. 2. Lose color(ex: Less of basic color blue) => Re-Download image (LCD need to connect properly) Trouble Shooting Guide Camera error 1. Loosen the screws in the middle bezel, check if it is assembly problem 2. Cross-validation Camera module 3. confirm Camera connector (J2102&J2103), no abnormal appearance or soldering 4. confirm CAM_DVDD_1V8, CAM_AVDD_2V8, CAM_1V2 has no normal voltage. 5. Confirm PU9301, PU9302 has no extremely inverse Trouble Shooting Guide G-sensor(e-compass)error 1. Due to E-compass (U2201) data is by U2204 (G Sensor / Gyro) did Fusion calculation, if you have a problem, E-compass is usually a problem with U2204 2. Verify that the supply of power to the U2204, VREG_L8_2P9 & VREG_L6_1P8 is normal 3. Check U2204 surrounding pad eat tin situation whether to present a "spherical" , please re-heating the IC. (This IC there had been "refused welding" condition). Trouble Shooting Guide Charging error 1. Do not use USB and Adaptor to charge, the system will display the charging symbol, and charge indicator lights => Check VBUS has 5v voltage or not, if there is, please measure CHG_OTG_EN #, if Low, PR8151 pin2 can measure the voltage of VSY and PR 8105 pin1 is Low, replace PQ8102. 2. Use USB and Adaptor to charge, but no system displays "charging symbol" => check Battery conn. CON9601 pin3—BAT_ID , Pin2: BAT_THERM if connector solder skip or tin crack or Pin skew cause PMIC PU8401 can not detect and can not be charged. 3. USB charging test items, insert the USB cable have shown AC charging => check USB connector USB_HS_D_M & USB_HS_D_P is short or not, if short, please check sub board of the L0301 is damaged or Pin has Pin2 / Pin1, PIn3 / pin4 has Short, if there is, please replace it. When the USB can not connection , it can also check L0301, Pin2 / Pin3 whether there turned on, PIN1 / pin4 whether there turned on, if " no“, L0301 is damaged, replace 1. 2. Trouble Shooting Guide SD card error Confirm that SD Connector CON2301 solder skips When you insert SD card, SD_DET # have no pull low ; 3. Confirm the SD_EXT_LDO voltage of PU9901 is 3V or not, if there is no voltage, check if PU9901 has solder skips, It can be reheated or replaced 4. If 3V output, check the DATA 0 ~ 3 / CMD / CLK has a signal, if there are not any set of signal, please check the following chart strings (R2314 ~ R2318, R0802) is normal ; Trouble Shooting Guide SIM card error 1. Confirm SIM1 CON 2301, SIM2 CON 2302 has solder skips or not ; 2.Make adb command => adb shell getprop gsm.sim.state can be judged SIM card status => ready representation SIM detected OK, absent indicates no detected 3. For SIM1: check VREG_L14_UIM1 Voltage ; For SIM2: When inserting a SIM2 card, UIM2 PRESENT is pulled low or not ; check VREG_L15_UIM2 Voltage; UIM2_RESET is pulled high or not. Trouble Shooting Guide Laser Issue • Laser Soft board FPC is located inside the box (red mark) Back of the phone Inside the box Laser Issue • Please note that the soft board of laser can not be bent when assembling Laser soft board Laser lens Please note that the soft board of laser can not be bent (red mark) When the lens before the test and after the test, please stick with tape protection Laser Issue • Check bezel in the carton box is working , and also check the distance of bezel in near the both of 10cm Laser Lens and 40cm Laser Lens. • Check Laser Lens are taping or blocked. • Check Laser Lens is serious scratches or damage • Use of alcohol cotton wipe Laser Focus Lens • If not, you can try re-assembled middle bezel • Finally, the soft board of laser in the can be replaced
