LEARNING CONTRACT
I, Princess Julie Mae O. Salado , agree and promise to do the following rules and regulation
in EEd 112A-Teaching Math in the Primary Grades:
•
I will always attend and participate in online classes. I will be in the meeting room
10-15 minutes before the scheduled time. I understand that failure to attend and
participate in online classes may be enough reason to be dropped in this course.
•
I will submit my outputs (AAs and LEs) on or before the deadline. I will accept point
deduction if I fail to submit my outputs on time.
•
Considering some valid reasons, I will submit my missing outputs on the agreed
deadline. l accept a failing grade (5.0) if I fail to submit them or an INC if my initial
grade is 75+.
