IN-PRINCIPLE: APPROVAL FOR CORPORATE LOAN
We are delighted to confirm In-Principle Approval for your interest to secure finance through our
company as referenced in the completed loan application form subject to terms and conditions of the
loan agreement we are pleased to inform you that the loan amount of $998.000.000 (Nine Hundred and
Ninety Eight Million United State Dollar) has been approved for Salamt Yar Behesht Dayanand
reserved. The loan amount shall be made available upon presentations of all requirements during the
closing at the Financial Broker’s (Tajo Espania Sdn Bhd) office in Malaysia.
The commitment is subject to the conditions that, prior to any funding of the Loan, there shall not have
occurred any adverse changes to the applicant's financial condition, operations, assets, liabilities,
business, or prospects, among other things. In addition, this commitment will no longer be effective
unless accepted by applicant by proceeding for the closing and presentations of all requirements to the
Financial Broker’s before March 17, 2022.
