PROJECT PROPOSAL
I. PROJECT TITLE
AIDS AWARENESS PROGAM
II. Proponent:
Adolescent Reproductive Health, WINs, School Clinic
III. RATIONALE:
Pursuant to Proclamation No. 115 declaring December as the National AIDS
Awareness Month, this AIDS Awareness Seminar aims to join the our government and the
international community in the fight against the increasing number of AIDS cases and to
mobilize all sectors in the campaign to inform and educate people on simple precautionary
measures against infection with the virus that causes AIDS.
IV. OBJECTIVES:
1. To educate students on the causes, prevention and the courses of action available
for AIDS victims and society in general.
V. PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The AIDS Awareness Seminar aims to bring basic knowledge and skills about AIDS to
High School and Grade 6 elementary students. To ensure accuracy of said knowledge and
skills, a health professional from the Schools Division Office of Taguig will be invited as a
speaker.
The event will also feature a mini booth where students can see in person other
materials related to adolescent reproductive health.
VI. TARGET DATE AND VENUE OF IMPLEMENTATION:
Date: December 1, 2022
Venue: Junior High School building

KERIS Junior and Senior High School and Grade 6 students
