Symptom
In order information system COOIS/COHV/COOISPI, when the status REL or CLSD is
entered manually for selection, there is an error message saying "Status & is
not unique. Selection only possible with input help (F4)". Hence it is not
possible to proceed further with the selection. However, there is no issues with
selection if the values are taken from F4 help.
This is due to the fact that system statuses I0002 and I7203 are having the same
status text as "REL" & similarly statuses I0046 and IF007 hold same status text
as "CLSD" in English language.

Reason and Prerequisites
Reason: The problem is caused by English translation of the status text.
Prerequisite: Enter the status manually in selection screen.
Solution
Call tranaction BS22 and perform the following steps.
Change the status text for I7203 from "REL" to "Rel" and IF007 from "CLSD" to
"CLS".
