Work Flow

Whole Process is divided into 3 different steps
•
Step 1: University Shortlisting (Expected time 3-6 Working Days)
•
Step 2: CV and LOM Preparation by (Expected time 10 – 14 Working
day)
•
Step 3: Once your CV and LOM is finalized your documents shall be
forwarded to Admission Processing department where they will
apply in the reverent.
Your Responsibilities

You need to provide us with the required documents as soon as
possible so there won’t be any delay’s.

You have to follow the deadline provided by the team for
documents attestations and for documents sending to uni assist.
(Expected Duration is first 14 working days after starting your process
with us)


How and when to Contact Team
Members?

Working Hours: 11am - 7pm (Monday - Thursday and Saturday)
(Friday and Sunday is off)
Please Note: AccessFuture Team Members won’t be responsible for answering your
queries outside of the working hours mentioned above. Please avoid calling directly
as the medium of communication is only via WhatsApp messages or Emails. If
required team members will call you directly to resolve very urgent matters.


How and when to Contact Team
Me?

Due to very busy schedule and large number of quires I won’t be
able to respond you on direct WhatsApp messages or calls.

In case you have an urgent inquiry you can tell my team members
to inform me. After consulting with me they will guide you
accordingly.

If you wish to talk to me directly please inform my team members
(Admission Process Department) they will book your free
appointment with me. (Medium of communication is only via ZOOM
or GOOGLE MEET)

Meeting Schedule: Monday and Tuesday 9am – 1pm Pakistani Time
