Grounded in the core values of caring and ethical decision-making, the student demonstrates a commitment to act in a participative and person-centered manner that affirms diversity and inclusion, continuous growth and pursuit of excellence, advocacy and integrity. The student uses an evidenced-based best practice and patient-centered approach to support optimal health outcomes and, with guidance, assists in the conscientious, safe coordination of patient care activities as the patient transitions through levels of care.
