The priority in the work of my dreams should be convenience, comfort from
spending time. Because this is what I will be doing all my life. I think that work is
necessary for every person just to live, but in addition, if work also brings pleasure,
if you like working where I work now, then this will bring pleasure and comfort
for life.
But it is impossible to be joyful at work all your life while in one position, which is
why I also want to note the opportunities for career growth, promotion and salary
increase. Money makes any person joyful. But in order to get more, you need to be
able to do more at work, and if there are real opportunities for career growth, a
person will get even more pleasure from what he does. If the routine life is boring,
the work does not bring such pleasure as at the beginning and if there is an
opportunity to change those things that you don’t like, it’s very good.
I also want to note a flexible work schedule, in my opinion, working with such a
time is much more convenient because, as was said, the boundary between
personal life and the workplace is erased, which means that it will be possible to
combine your personal life with work.
And the last thing is safety, to work where safety is not felt not only by external
factors, but within the team, so to speak, or between employees will interfere with
my future implementation. Companies that provide good security for every
employee, no matter what position or position, means that this is a very high
quality company that cares about each of their employees.
