One of the characteristics of the process of discovering customers is breaking down the
assumptions rather than confirming them. Essentially, this calls for the business person to go out
into the field to identify with the customers and collect any necessary information that confirms
their beliefs or hypothesis. Another characteristic of the customer discovery process is the
validation of customers. One of the traits of military customer discovery is a strong work ethic.
Besides, military customer discovery requires a resourceful, agile, loyal, and hardworking person
